    Terms and Conditions
  • Once allotted and the agreement is signed the prices are firm.
  • The concept of the transaction shall be allotment of land on the condition the promoter only shall be undertaking the construction utilizing the funds to be made available by the owner through advances.
  • The measurements/ specifications given in the brochures shall be subject to variations of the minor nature. If such changes are warranted due to statutory or commercial requirements,they shall not be objected to, by the owner,.
  • Individual villas will be completed in a period of 8 months from the date of getting licence to construct. Possessions shall be given upon completion of all dues to the company.
  • Registration charges and incidental expenses for registration of the plot shall be borne by the client.
  • On allotment two agreements shall be entered into between the builder and the purchaser , one for the allotment of land another for construction.Though separate considerations are specified in each agreement , composite value of land and construction shall be shown in the payment schedule.
  • All payments by DD or local cheques favoring Favourite Constructions(P) Ltd payable at Trivandrum.
  • All litigations are subject to Trivandrum juridiction only.
    Maintenence
Association of owners to be formed and taken on themselves the maintenence responsibility of common area. The promoter shall assist till association takes over within a time limit not exceeding three months from the date of project completion.
